Children’s Ministry
At First Baptist Church of Ashland, we are committed to helping children learn God’s Word, grow in their faith, and develop a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. We offer several ministries designed to encourage and teach children from infancy through fifth grade.
Children ages 4 through 5th grade can participate in:
- Children’s Sunday School — Sundays at 10:00 AM: Age-appropriate Bible lessons that help children understand God’s Word and apply its truths to their lives.
- Junior Church — Sundays at 11:00 AM: A time of Bible teaching and spiritual growth designed especially for children.
- FBC Kidz Club — Sundays at 6:00 PM: An engaging evening ministry that helps children learn biblical truths in a fun and welcoming environment.
Additional Opportunities
- Nursery Care: Nursery care is available during all Sunday services for infants and children through age 3, providing a safe and caring environment for our youngest guests.
- Quarterly Children’s Activities: Throughout the year, we offer special activities that provide opportunities for fellowship, fun, and building friendships.
- Vacation Bible School: Each summer, children are invited to participate in our Vacation Bible School, featuring Bible lessons, songs, games, and activities centered on God’s Word.
Our desire is to partner with families in laying a strong biblical foundation in the hearts and lives of children, helping them know Christ and grow in their understanding of His Word.
